5/8cWater; (3/8 c)
1/2cOrange juice; (3/8 c)
2cBread flour; (1 c)
1cWhole-wheat flour; (1 c)
3tbMillet; whole, (2 T)
1 1/2tsSalt; (1 tsp)
1 1/2tbButter or margarine; (1 T)
1 1/2tbHoney; (1 T)
3tbSunflower seeds; raw, unsalted
2 T
3tbRaisins; (2 T)
1 Orange rind; grated, (1/2
  ; orange)
3tsActive dry yeast; (1 1/2 T)

This is a wholesome loaf bursting with different flavors and textures. For Welbilt/Dak machines for large loaf add 2 T more water. For Welbilt machine for small loaf add 1 T more water. Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start. After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hr before slicing.
